Impact

TWYIF's programmes have not yet launched. Everything on this page describes the model and framework we will apply to measure impact: none of it is a result already delivered.

An Impact-Led Institution

TWYIF is impact-led, not activity-led.

We measure more than how much capital moved: we measure what it built.

Target framework, not yet achieved

Our Theory of Change

  1. Mobilise
  2. Structure
  3. Co-Finance
  4. Build
  5. Recycle
  6. Scale
  7. Transform
  • Mobilise: philanthropy, CSR, diaspora, communities and development partners
  • Structure: professional governance, transparent systems and technical expertise
  • Co-Finance: TWYIF catalytic capital and beneficiary/community contribution
  • Build: capital, skills, mentorship, markets and technology
  • Recycle: recoverable capital returns to the pool
  • Scale: more enterprises, more livelihoods, stronger communities
  • Transform: women and youth move from economic exclusion toward sustainable participation and leadership
